Who Are We?
NTF is a network of Christian churches, ministries, and leaders.
What Do We Do?
NTF fulfills its mission by providing structures to promote fellowship, mutual accountability, educational and training initiatives, and publications and media endeavors to encourage the networks of churches to pursue their objectives of evangelism, mission, discipleship and nurture. In addition, NTF endeavors to provide a household of faith and healing from which to pass God’s truth to succeeding generations.
Legal Standing
NTF is a 501c3 non profit corporation. It is also incorporated under the Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation law of 1988, 15 PA. C.S.A & 5101, et seq.

The Board is composed of one (1) representative from each ministry relating to NTF and operating under the covering of NTF, who is willing to serve.
Operation of Government
The Executive Committee handles day-to-day operations of NTF, and meets at an frequency to effectively serve NTF. The Board, including the Executive Committee, convenes for an Annual Meeting, and at others times during the year as needed, to make recommendations for the guidance and direction of NTF.

Don Hess
Don Hess enjoys writing, traveling, and carries a heart for nations. He has developed multiple businesses in commercial real estate and agriculture. Involved in various Christian ministries, including pastoral work and mission teams, Don also serves on several non-profit ministry boards. Don is married to Kathy and together they have raised five children: Joseph, Kalah, Emily, Molly and Matthew. Don & Kathy joined a church planting team in 2005 which eventually became known as LifeGate Church and have served on the pastoral team since 2010. Don was asked to be the NTF Board Chairman and serves in areas of general administration.

Dr. E. Daniel Martin
E. Daniel has been a bi-vocational pastor since 1970, starting during his first year of medical school. His wife, Ruth, has been a constant support, from creating a welcoming home on a tight budget to serving as treasurer for various organizations. Currently, they are the interim pastoral couple at Christ the King Community Church in Lancaster, PA. Enos serves on the executive committee of New Testament Fellowship of Churches, is Vice Chairman of the Overcomers Mission School board, and is Chairman of PTL-India Partners. Additionally, he works 20 hours a week as a psychiatrist in local prisons, focusing on making an eternal impact in just five minutes.

Dr. Vard Gainor
Dr. Vard Gainor leads The Vardon Group, LLC, which partners with organizations to drive regional transformation through Biblical principles in business. With a background in research, product quality, and technology management, he has served as a vice president in the steel industry and interim CEO of an energy company. Gainor developed over 35 new products and processes and has expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and risk management. He has also worked with agencies like US Customs, FDA, USDA, and the Food For Peace Program to alleviate hunger in third-word locations. Additionally, Gainor has served in various Christian ministry roles and holds degrees in Business, Food Science & Technology, and Divinity.

Don Lamb
Don Lamb is lead pastor at Elizabethtown LifeGate Church, bringing over thirty years of experience in various roles such as youth leader, church elder, and worship leader. He serves on the board of New Testament Fellowship and is dedicated to teaching, writing, and intercession. Don is passionate about keeping the Gospel message clear and relevant and emphasizes the need for the Holy Spirit's power in the church. He is married to Nanette, a Change Consultant with Highmark, and has two married children, Seth and Chelsea. Don enjoys the relationships formed through ministry, writes music, and journals his life experiences.

Dr. Allan Chambers
Dr. Allan and Dr. Rosemary Chambers have been in ministry for over 40 years. Originally from South Africa, they served in local churches and as itinerant ministers across South Africa and Namibia. After moving to Europe in 1993, they planted and oversaw churches in Belgium and Holland, and helped start several schools of ministry, including a Bible School in Belgium. In 1997, they relocated to the U.S. to establish a ministry base, moving the Bible School with them, which continues to thrive. Allan and Rosemary are passionate about equipping men and women for ministry. They focus on teaching the Word of God to produce mature ministers who demonstrate God's power. Allan and Rosemary live in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, and have three married children and eleven grandchildren.
