They still travel extensively working with local churches and organizations around the world helping them with leadership teams, building projects, ministry materials, basic shelter, clothing and food necessities. Having experienced the supernatural power of God many times, Clair and his family are an inspiration to believers, to enter into life in the Spirit and begin to take their inheritance as “sons” of God.  Clair has become a sought-after speaker and a powerful teacher giving clear illustrations and extraordinary real life experiences from flying to sailing the seas to ministering in the African bush on motorbike. We bless the Lord as entire regions have been transformed at the hearing of His Word.

‍Captain Clair & his wife Millie have been Refreshing Leaders since 1982 throughout the USA and around the world. A dynamic preacher and teacher of the Word, Clair has been an airplane pilot, is a sailboat captain, an inventor and an author.
